Isabel Marant, Etoile Isabel Marant incl new spring shoes from her, is in this week window display!!

Half the store is now filled with spring news and the first thing I thought about showing you are the new shoes. Those of you who are tired of black boots will love this season’s bright brown colors mixed with white and light khaki. Many new models from Isabel Marant like this new boot Jenny- comes in light khaki and anthracite, platform wedge sandals in cognac and black and a flat basic sandal. We have also got the classics like the model Dicker and Betty basket.

You also need to take a look at the styles that just arrived from Maison Martin Margiela- a loafer, a flat sandal, pumps, a covered sandal with open toe and and a classic lace-up.

A new season is presented. Prefall 2012. In other words, next fall. Feels so far away. And it is not easy to get too excited about collections nowadays. I do not know why. But here is a collection we really love, the new one from Prabal Gurung. I think he makes us crave for something new. Something that we do not already have in our closet. Different. Or what do you guys say?! We can not wait to take a closer look in the Paris showroom next week.

There were a lot of sweet, pale and beautiful dresses at the Golden Globes this year. We almost got tired looking at them. Gucci did the best ones, Versace and Cavalli too. Very few dresses spoke to us at Mrs H though. We like that little bit of edge to a dress. But there were a few. “The Blues” were kind of interesting. Strong but still with that hint of subtle spring 2012.

We at Mrs H of course loved these fantastic ladies who decided to wear our brands at ELLE-galan yesterday night.

Lisa Lindqwister, renowned stylist at ELLE magazine (Årets Stylist!!), wore a black, long and tight dress from Rick Owens and an embroided Isabel Marant clutch with lots of matching Isabel Marant bracelets. I wished you guys could have seen her dress from the back with its long silver zipper and its unique and very flattering slit, which complemented Lisas amazing body perfectly. She had on a pair of beautiful black shoes with a red back flap too, that looked so great from the back. Hope that you who attended the gala got to see her!

Nina Philipson looked equally great in her silver pant suit from Alexander Wang. We love how she always stay true to her style and chooses just the right outfit for herself and the occasion. An elegant pant suit can look so much better than your usual cocktail dress.

This is the season to buy outerwear on sale! Because of the mild winter you can really find great outerwear on the 50% sale this season. Take the opportunity because you can rest assured that the next season there will be a much more limited range.

Helene also think you should go for a warmer sweater on the 50% sale. Mrs H has so many beautiful och unique knitwear in store this season.

Personally I always buy shoes if I find my size on sale. I love all the shoes from Maison Martin Margiela- so comfy and the quality is amazing! I’m gonna go for the classic black ankle boots which I think is such a great buy and his shearling boots is also a must!

I also think you should go for something extravagant and expensive on sale, something that you normally can’t afford but that will really brighten up your wardrobe. This dress from Christopher Kane is such a piece and the dresses from Hervé Legér.
